ABOUT US —————
Built on Grit.
Finished with Craft.
G&C Floor Coatings was built around a simple idea:
Do great work, communicate well and treat every customer and every project with respect.
MORE THAN A NAME —————
Grit and Craft
The G&C represents more than the people behind the company. It reflects the values we bring to every job — Grit and Craft.
GRIT
The work ethic. The willingness to show up, put in the effort, problem-solve, and do the job right.
CRAFT
Detail-driven work.
Taking pride in every finish.
Durable & exceptionally beautiful.
EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST —————
20+ Years of Real-World
Experience
With over 20 years in the roofing industry, we’ve built a strong understanding of homeowners, project management, and what great customer service should look like.
That experience has taught us that communication is just as import as the finished product. Customers deserve phone calls returned, questions answered, expectations clearly explained, and someone they can depend on from the first conversation through completion.
That level of responsiveness and customer care is the foundation of G&C Floor Coatings.
A Strong Foundation
BUILT FOR WHAT COMES NEXT —————
G&C is also driven by the next generation. Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, physical work ethic, and genuine desire to build something lasting are all part of what moves this company forward.
There’s a tremendous amount of pride that comes with building a business from the ground up — and that same pride goes into every floor we install.
We aren’t interested in cutting corners or doing the minimum. We’re building a reputation one project at a time.
for the Future
THE G&C STANDARD —————
Quality Is in the Details
A great floor starts long before coating goes down. Proper preparation, quality materials, careful application, and attention to detail all matter. Whether we’re installing a durable flake floor system, a custom metallic epoxy floor, or transforming an existing concrete surface, our goal is the same: to create a floor that looks incredible, performs the way it should, and it built to last.
